Returns

All Wonderlies products are considered non-returnable/non-refundable goods due to their sanitary risk classification. 

Replacements  

Replacements are approved on a case by case basis. Only defective or damaged items will be considered for replacement. Inquiries must be received within 48 hours of the delivery date. Claims falling outside this window will not be approved. If you feel you have received defective goods, please send us an email along with your order number and a product photo depicting damage to support@wonderlies.com
